Quick Take: Oracle on Digital Experience at TM Forum's Digital Transformation Asia DTA 2019

At the recently concluded Digital Transformation Asia 2019 (DTA 2019) event by TM Forum, Tara Neal, Executive Editor of The Fast Mode spoke to Jean Lawrence, Senior Director, Product Marketing, Oracle. The DTA 2019 event which took place in Kuala Lumpur from the 12th to 14th of November 2019 saw major operators as well as leading vendors coming together to showcase solutions and service innovations in the digital transformation space.

 During the interview, Jean discussed about Oracle’s Digital Experience for Communications, a solution that has facilitated a large number of Operators across their digital transformation initiatives. The solution leverages first party and third party data to create contextual offerings, which are then added to existing catalogues and sales channels. It drives an omni-channel digital experience, said Jean, with customers on-boarded seamlessly and fulfilled via dynamic orchestration and monetized using Oracle’s cloud native monetization and kept engaged throughout the customer lifecycle via advanced engagement tools.
