At the ongoing Digital Transformation Asia 2019 (DTA 2019) event by TM Forum, The Fast Mode spoke to Openet, a leading provider of digital and 5G BSS solutions. The event which is taking place now in Kuala Lumpur brings together major operators from the region as well as major vendors with key solutions in the digital transformation space. During the interview, Tara Neal, Executive Editor of The Fast Mode spoke with Openet's VP of Marketing, Martin Morgan and SVP of Digital and Strategic Partnerships, Tony Regan on the need for enhanced BSS solutions:
(1) To respond to the demand from digital companies which are rapidly increasing in numbers;
(2) To address the need for Operators to create more contextual offerings and offers as means to tap into a marketplace where more and more transactions are now taking place online; and
