At the recently concluded Digital Transformation Asia 2019 (DTA 2019) event by TM Forum, Tara Neal, Executive Editor of The Fast Mode spoke to Yvon Rouault, 5G Solutions Manager, EXFO. The DTA 2019 event which took place in Kuala Lumpur from the 12th to 14th of November 2019 saw major operators as well as leading vendors coming together to showcase solutions and service innovations in the digital transformation space.
During the interview, Yvon shared on how EXFO’s solutions are accelerating the deployment of 5G networks and services, with focus on the end-to-end delivery of services from the core to the end user. According to Yvon, EXFO’s solutions enable operators to enhance monitoring at all levels, from service and application layers all the way to the transport and infrastructure layers. Yvon also highlighted the EXFO Ontology solution which provides real-time topology of the network and how they leverage artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies to deliver timely insights to customers.
