At the recently concluded Digital Transformation Asia 2019 (DTA 2019) event by TM Forum, Tara Neal, Executive Editor of The Fast Mode spoke to Srikanth Audina, Director, Solutions, EverestIMS Technologies. The DTA 2019 event which took place in Kuala Lumpur from the 12th to 14th of November 2019 saw major operators as well as leading vendors coming together to showcase solutions and service innovations in the digital transformation space.
Srikanth shared on EverestIMS Operational Support Systems (OSS) offerings in the telco and banking and financial sector (BFS) space. EverestIMS suite of services cover among others infrastructure management, service management, and network management and configuration. In fact, according to Srikanth, the solution consolidates the various management layers to create a manager of managers with a unified dashboard and operations center that creates visibility into existing and future technologies being deployed by an enterprise.
