Nuage Networks, the Alcatel-Lucent venture focused on software-defined networking (SDN) solutions, announced that it will provide support for Oracle OpenStack for Oracle Linux.

According to Nuage Networks, the integration will enable greater choice and interoperability for enterprises and cloud providers, helping them to take advantage of the efficiency, performance, scalability, and policy-based automation of SDN in cloud environments. These solutions, which include capabilities across the data center network, can offer customers seamless management for virtualized and non-virtualized infrastructures.
