Vodacom, the leading mobile network operator in Mozambique and Flytxt, the Big Data Analytics solution provider for Communications Service Providers (CSPs), have established a partnership to enhance revenue and customer experience.

Flytxt's analytics solutions will be used to recommend next best offers to its subcribers in real time based on insights and recommendations that are generated from varied data feeds within the CSP’s network and IT systems.

Flytxt highlighted that it has signed up with over 50 CSPs, serving more than 500 million subscribers across APAC and EMEA for its Big Data Analytics powered customer experience, revenue management and mobile advertising solutions.
