IneoQuest Technologies has launched a global campaign to help operators and content providers to optimize their video delivery to improve user experience and to better monetize their network. IneoQuest, a global leader in video analytics and service assurance solutions, said that its Monetize the Video Experience™ program will enable service providers to retain and reach more subscribers through analytics that allow greater understanding of viewing preferences and behavior.

According to IneoQuest, content and service providers are beginning to expand multiscreen and OTT video services beyond the experimental phase, and are looking to ensure that their brand is protected and their valuable content gets delivered to the right audiences, at the right time, with the right quality of experience. The IneoQuest platform also provides rich web services interfaces that enable seamless integration in real-time with providers’ customer support, operations, marketing and advertising management systems.

In order to do this, providers need to have real-time end-to-end visibility into their subscribers’ video experience, as well as detailed information on how they are watching the video,” said Calvin Harrison, CEO of IneoQuest Technologies.“This is a very exciting time for IneoQuest as we launch our global Monetizing the Video Experience campaign,” adds Harrison. “We look forward to working with worldwide communications service providers to provide the video analytics needed to ensure maximum return on their customer service offerings."
