Intracom Telecom unveils a new Telecom Subscribers' Monetization solution, ValueStreams which is based on BigStreamer, a Hadoop-powered Big Data Analytics and Complex Event Processing system. The solution enables Communication Service Providers (CSPs) to monetize demographic, behavioral & social insights of their mobile subscribers. With ValueStreams, operators can define meaningful target groups with razor-sharp accuracy, get enlightened by their revealed attributes and launch fine-grained marketing campaigns precisely matching the group members' profiles.

Acccording to Intracom's statement, BigStreamer™ is fully aligned with TM Forum's standards & best practices including a Big Data Analytics Reference Model-compatible architecture and received positive feedback during the TM Forum's Big Data InFocus Conference held in Amsterdam, January 27-29, 2014.

Mr. Sotiris Bithas, Marketing Director of Telco Software Business Division at Intracom Telecom, stated: "Evidently, the industry is gradually transitioning from delivering hyped statements on what Big Data could potentially achieve to demanding working solutions that deliver real benefits. Through BigStreamer's ValueStreams feature, CSPs can turn their data into actionable insights, thus, creating new revenue streams."
