Moldova’s national operator Moldtelecom has selected Astellia to audit the voice and data service quality of their 3G network and provide expert recommendations to improve the overall customer experience. Astellia’s monitoring solution has been installed on different 3G interfaces of Moldtelecom’s network to allow Astellia’s on-site experts to get an E2E vision of voice and data service quality. This has allowed them to improve the customer accessibility to Voice and Data services, optimize the handsets usage in Moldtelecom network and analyze the inbound roaming traffic.

“Living up to the quality expectations of our customers is Moldtelecom’s leitmotiv. Astellia’s solution and assessments gives us the means to improve our customer’s experience, increase loyalty and drive revenues.” confirms Victor Moldovanu at Moldtelecom.

“Network optimization is particularly important when focusing on the experience of roamers and high data traffic users. We are pleased to help Moldtelecom provide a premium data service quality to these high-value subscribers who are looking for reliable and fast data services. We are confident that this cooperation will lay the foundation of a long-term partnership based on mutual confidence and technical exchanges.” said Sebastien Schultz, Managing Director Europe at Astellia.
