du has launched a self-service portal with the aim of bringing services to customers’ fingertips, allowing prepaid customers to access to a vast range of services by dialling *135# free of charge.

This means that prepaid customers no longer need to call du’s Customer Care or remember multiple codes; instead, they can manage their own services simply by dialing *135# and pressing the call button. From there, they can access a list of the services available on this self-service portal such as balance check, recharging, buying data bundles, accessing latest international calling offers and more.
