Quick Take: SMS Firewalls Help Operators Secure Messaging Revenue and Enhance Enterprise Brand Engagement - Mada

At the recently concluded GSMA WAS#9 event which took place in Kuala Lumpur, Tara Neal, Executive Editor of The Fast Mode spoke to Pamela Younes of Mada, a telecommunications provider offering high-quality international voice, wireless broadband, and communications network services to mobile operators around the world. Pamela spoke about how brands are leveraging SMS as the preferred tool to engage with their customers and in terms of challenges, highlighted how revenue leakages, for example gray routes, are a concern to Operators and how firewalls are helping Operators mitigate the loss of revenue on their messaging business. Pamela also touched briefly on Mada’s current market presence.
