Telstra via its subsidiary Pacnet has entered an agreement with Singaporean cloud and datacentre provider DeClout to sell Pacnet ISP assets and business in Singapore and Thailand for a total of $4.4 million.

Under the proposed acquisition, DeClout’s subsidiary, Acclivis through its subsidiary, OSINet Communications will acquire the entire share capital of Pacnet Internet Thailand for US$2.1 million and Pacnet Internet Singapore's ISP assets for $2.3 million.

The two acquisitions are expected to bring in over 3,000 customers to DeClout as well as a growth in revenue, with both arms of Pacnet having posted around SG$20 million in combined revenue for the year ending December 31, 2014.
