Telekom Srpske, second largest telecommunications company in Bosnia and Herzegovina has awarded Redknee a contract to upgrade its existing BSS solution to Redknee Unified 2016, and expand support to both prepaid and postpaid subscribers.

The latest version of Redknee’s flagship product offers catalog-driven real-time monetization solutions and an omni-channel customer experience to allow for the creation and launch of tailored solutions and campaigns across the entire customer base.

For Telekom Srpske, the solution will support prepaid and postpaid subscribers from a single platform and ensure greater reliability with the implementation of a geo-redundancy system, said Redknee.

According to Redknee, its real-time monetization and subscriber management solution enables service providers to support new business models, monetize next generation services, and create an omni-channel customer experience. Redknee Unified 2016 can increase competitive advantage by supporting the monetization of any-play services and leveraging real-time customer information, events and triggers to support contextual offers that reduce churn and grow the customer base.
