T1 MNO in EMEA Deploys Allot’s ClearSee Big Data Analytics to Increase ARPU and Reduce Churn

Allot Communications' newly-launched Allot ClearSee Big Data analytics solution has been selected by a Tier One EMEA-based mobile operator to provide insights on subscriber behavior, such as applications and services used most, as well as an analysis of online activity, traffic volume and trends.  Operators can utilise ClearSee to provide analysis for a rich variety of application, subscriber, device and Quality of Experience (QoE) data into valuable business intelligence needed to drive service profitability and customer satisfaction.  The solution further provides critical insights into network and subscriber activity, which enables operators to develop product add-ons and new services based on personal preferences. thus increasing Average-Revenue-Per-User (ARPU), customer satisfaction and loyalty, and thereby reducing churn.
