Oracle Communications unveils an integrated Unified Communications Suite, leveraging BroadSoft’s UC-One® service offerings, an industry-leading solution for hosted-PBX, unified communications and collaboration.
According to Broadsoft, a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), the integration of both platforms will enable Oracle’s UCS’ messaging, calendar, presence, instant messaging and contact management capabilities to be available with BroadSoft’s voice, video, screen and file sharing solution. Fixed mobile users will be able to access a full suite of BroadSoft and Oracle capabilities through a single, virtually seamless interface.
The integration paves way for Operators to offer collaboration including real-time context aware capabilities, feature-rich virtual PBX, virtual key system and virtual contact center capabilities, as well as network quality analytics, said the company. This will help them ensure carrier-grade quality as they transition customers from aging on-premises PBXs and Centrex systems to new cloud-based unified communication services.
