Alcatel-Lucent's Nuage Networks is expanding its Nuage Networks Partner Program with the launch of a self-service certification initiative. With a focus on Layer 4-Layer 7 application delivery and security, Nuage Networks said that the initiative provides a simple and a fast way to assure enterprise customers that the microsegmentation security policies, components and services they choose will deploy and operate automatically in a Nuage Networks SDN environment.
The first security partner technologies to be certified are CounterTack Sentinel, Fortinet FortiGate-VM Virtual UTM Firewalls, GuardiCore Data Center Security Suite, Palo Alto Networks VM-Series and vArmour DSS Distributed Security System, while the first application delivery partner technologies to be certified are Citrix NetScaler VPX and F5 Big-IP LTM.
