The solution is designed to power the hyper-personalized, real-time interactions needed to engage today's omni-channel customer. Splice Machine's Hadoop RDBMS has been integrated with RedPoint's Convergent Marketing Platform, enabling marketers to create unified customer profiles and allow them to take action on insights gleaned from that data and send relevant offers in real-time across all customer touch points. to create a new breed of solution for marketers.
