SLA Mobile, a global mobile solutions provider has partnered Axiata Group to manage the group operator's Digital Services (ADS) Mobile Internet Fulfilment Exchange (MIFE). Axiata’s MIFE Hub will act as an exchange for brokering Telco API’s and providing secure access to Telco assets. The hub’s users will be offered access to a range of services that will give them the ability to create innovative Digital Service offerings for consumption by their subscribers.

According to SLA Mobile, the Hub is a fully automated, flexible“smart bridge”, designed to accelerate partnership and integration with 3rd party developers, internet service providers, advertisers and other mobile operators. Users, especially mobile operators will have the ability to leverage the services exposed via their own API gateways allowing them to create their own new services using the same APIs. The MIFE Hub offers an initial set of core APIs that will evolve over time to include data enriched value added services, enabling more integrated partner relationships, added SLA Mobile.

Nic Stirk, CEO of SLA Mobile
said, “SLA Mobile is extremely proud to have partnered with Axiata Group in order to manage their Digital Services Hub.  Axiata realises the importance of introducing Digital Services for both mobile operators and ecosystem merchants, as these propositions have the ability to drive significant new revenue streams while reducing customer churn.” Nic continued, “SLA Mobile has been involved from the early stages of the project with a short consultancy, and has since been working on the deployment and integration of the ADS Hub and Axiata MIFE Gateways.  SLA Mobile will be providing Managed Services for ADS including platform management, partner on-boarding and traffic reconciliation.
