Libon, an all-in-one free Over-the-Top (OTT) application from Orange, announces the preview of a new feature - ‘Reach Me’ - aimed at enhancing the customer voice experience on mobile. The WiFi Calling feature allows Android Libon customers to receive and place calls, using their mobile number when on WiFi with the promise of reliable, high-quality voice calls (HD) when out of range of the mobile network.

The new Reach Me feature joins a suite of advanced communication options available to customers including personalized greetings on voicemail for individuals or groups, free high-quality Libon-to-Libon voice calling, rich instant messaging and competitive voice minutes for calling national and international destinations.

Orange will showcase the Reach Me feature at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2015 next week, and plans to roll it out commercially during the first half of this year.

Dominic Lobo, Head of Libon
Having established a firm following for Libon as a great app for making calls, we wanted to add a new dimension that will give our customers an outstanding experience when receiving their calls through Libon too. We are delivering this feature in direct response to feedback from customers who want to be able to receive and place calls via their mobile even when they are out of range of their mobile network. Reach Me tackles this head-on, using Wi-Fi to deliver an outstanding, reliable and seamless voice experience by utilising the customer’s mobile number.
