Symsoft, a leading provide of Charging, Policy and Value Added Services, has launched Symsoft Rich Communication Suite (RCS) to help offer a strong operator alternative to third-party IP-based communication services merging these with the global reach of traditional messaging services.

Symsoft said RCS helps operators make the most of their messaging business in an IP world. It promotes loyalty and drives revenues by offering customers and enterprises standards-compliant RCS services such as chat, file transfer and video share. Supporting legacy SMS/MMS interworking, it extends the reach of these services to all subscribers. For a cost-efficient deployment, Symsoft added that the new RCS solution can be delivered with built-in IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) capabilities for deployment in any network regardless of whether it is IMS enabled or not.

Anna Trossing, Product Manager, Value Added Services at Symsoft
At Symsoft, we work continuously to help operators succeed in a constantly changing telecommunications landscape. With Symsoft RCS, operators can now deploy next-generation messaging services regardless of their current network capabilities.
