Astellia, a leading provider of network and subscriber intelligence for mobile operators, announced that the company has successfully implemented CEM Platform at Smart, the largest mobile operator in the Philippines to increase customer loyalty and network performance. Astellia has deployed a Service Management Platform solution covering Smart’s 2G and 3G networks. 

Astellia said the vendor-independent solution provides in real-time a comprehensive view of network quality and service usage through a unique set of personalized dashboards and used on a daily basis by more than 50 employees to investigate customer complaints and take proactive measures. Astellia added that Smart has to manage complex multi-technology networks which are experiencing data traffic surge due to the greater usage of multimedia content and the significant increase of smartphones.
