The demand for improved customer experience and automation tools has helped Elisa Polystar land another two key deals with European customers, as network operators continue to deploy solutions that help them to improve performance and efficiency while lowering costs.

Elisa Polystar has expanded and strengthened its position with a major central European mobile operator upgrading an existing traditional customer assurance service into a customer experience management solution. Elisa Polystar is improving the options available to operators by providing unparalleled data management and analysis that gives customers a view of the end-to-end customer experience across multiple dimensions and users in the network. With those actionable insights, operators can take action across many functions that improve the customer experience.

Elisa Polystar expands its presence in Italy with a CSP deal with its IP Transport Network Automation solution. This solution automates the provisioning and management of IP networks, and is part of Elisa Polystar's automated operations offering. Elisa Polystar Transport Network Automation solution helps CSPs to keep real-time information on network state, device configuration, and network service topology, and to automate the connectivity provisioning across multiple domains in a multivendor network environment.

Elisa Polystar is increasingly recognized as one of the most advanced vendors in the network automation space, with a portfolio underpinned by three key factors: our communications heritage, automation capability, and capacity to manage the full complexity of networks. With sophisticated data management tools, powered by our AI/ML capabilities, Elisa Polystar is leading the industry towards the fully self-driving networks essential for improving operational and financial performance in a complex business and network environment.

Anssi Okkonen, CEO of Elisa Polystar

Both of these deals are strategically important for Elisa Polystar and we’re very pleased to enhance our position in both Italy and the transport automation market. And we’re always delighted by the validation that comes with a customer extending and deepening their relationship with us.

Thomas Nilsson, Chief Product Officer at Elisa Polystar

There’s no question that CSPs increasingly recognize the strong potential that automation tools offer them in terms of achieving both performance and commercial goals, and that Elisa Polystar is well placed to be an important partner on that path. With our telecoms background, we understand that every CSP has a different path to automation, and our portfolio can support them on that journey at whatever speed and direction they choose to take it.
