EOS Hospitality announced yesterday that it will be standardizing all its high-profile hotels and resorts in the USA via the Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Property Management System (PMS). EOS properties such as the Lake Austin Spa Resort and The Perry Hotel in Key West will have real-time access to the data intelligence they need to streamline front and back office operations, reduce mundane tasks, and enable staff to provide more personalized services to guests.

From spa resorts to RV camping destinations, OPERA Cloud provides staff with the real-time analytics, customized reporting, and insights they need to meet the constantly evolving demands of their customers.

Additionally, OPERA Cloud provides EOS with a number of enhanced features, including flexible rate and inventory control options, as well as access to a wide variety of APIs pre-integrated through the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP). For example, the Lake Austin Spa Resort is integrating Duetto with OPERA Cloud to generate dynamic pricing and demand insights for resort staff. Combined, staff are able to easily review sensitive guest data safely and accurately in real-time.

Alissa Hendel, VP Owner Advocacy, Oracle Hospitality

EOS is constantly expanding their portfolio of hotels and concepts into new markets and needed a technology and data platform that could adapt with them while maintaining their commitment to service excellence. Our work with EOS is a testament to how a hotel owner or management company can leverage OPERA Cloud to run various businesses in parallel, while still being able to obtain critical data from across their entire footprint at a moment’s notice.

Simon Mais, CEO, EOS Hospitality

As the owner and operator of nearly fifty hotels and resorts across the country, EOS Hospitality needed a technology platform that could evolve with the properties’ unique needs across a diverse array of markets. Oracle’s value-oriented OPERA Cloud has helped evolve our processes and is overall a better user system for our employees. One of the many advantages of their technology is the significantly less time required to train new hires which has greatly reduced the overall costs of onboarding these associates.
