AwareX, the leading digital customer experience provider for the telecom industry, announced a pivotal new partnership with the Competitive Carriers Association (CCA) to offer digital customer engagement solutions to CCA carrier members. The partnership will make AwareX’s digital customer engagement suite available to over 100 carrier members representing over 130 million subscribers through a special member program.

CCA exists primarily as an advocacy group that presents the interests of mobile carrier organizations to bodies such as Congress and the Federal Communications Commission. In addition, the CCA’s Industry Development Program works closely with members to present meaningful business solutions for carriers. The programs are designed to contribute solutions to the top challenges identified by CCA carrier members and let associate members know of carrier members’ priorities. As such, carriers that join the CCA have immediate access to robust services and networks. Now, AwareX joins this group of vetted and promoted available services.
