Proximus has signed an exclusive 5-year agreement with Digi Communications Belgium and Citymesh Connect to offer wholesale access on its mobile network.

The contract sets out the terms for the delivery of mobile wholesale services on a national scale.

In the framework of the agreement, Proximus will also propose its mobile sites to be decommissioned in the context of the ongoing consolidation (around 400) for acquisition to InSky, the company responsible for deploying the infrastructure of Digi and Citymesh.

I am convinced we have reached an agreement that benefits all parties involved. The fact that Digi Communications Belgium and Citymesh Connect choose to collaborate with Proximus, highlights our mobile excellence and proves the strength of our open network strategy, allowing us to capture value out of the capacity, coverage and performance of our gigabit networks.
