Openwave Mobility, a software innovator enabling operators to manage and monetize mobile data, Wednesday announced that the company has received seven new global customer wins in the last seven months from operators in North America, Europe and APAC.
The company said that a recent deployment in the public cloud for a prominent North American service provider continues to demonstrate significant customer momentum and has placed the company globally as one of the top three players by market share.
Openwave highlighed that its DynaMO, a comprehensive mobile video, audio and web optimization solution, was implemented on a North American operator’s network and the solution can improve peak RAN capacity by over 20%.
In addition to the wins in the video optimization market, Openwave Mobility also made strides in its Subscriber Data Management (SDM) business by securing two Tier 2 North American operators to its customer portfolio.
