Ericsson Partners SAP to Offer Cloud-based Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) Solution
  • Swedan-based telecom solutions provider, Ericsson has signed a partnership with Germany-based IT giant, SAP to jointly offer SAP® Mobile Securea set of cloud-based Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution that Mobile Network Operators (MNO) can sell to enterprises.
  • SAP's productivity suite that securely delivers network-enabled cloud solutions such as business apps and content will be hosted in Ericsson's cloud and will be offered to more than 400 mobile network operators globally.
  • The joint portfolio combines the strength of SAP Mobile Secure with Ericsson's IT managed services and service delivery capabilities, enabling comprehensive EMM solution that helps promote, publish and configure apps for all stakeholders - both on non-managed and managed devices. 

According to Ericsson and SAP, the solution addresses the security needs of today's enterprises, which are increasingly going mobile.
