Customer Experience Company Qualtrics this week announced it will open a data centre in Singapore.

This is part of the company’s continued and growing investment in helping organisations to manage and improve the four core experiences of business - customer, employee, brand, and product - across Southeast Asia.

Opening in 2021, the data centre will serve as the default location for Qualtrics users across Southeast Asia. This ensures all governments and organisations across the region are able to comply with data sovereignty and security requirements when leveraging the power of the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform.

As part of the investment in Southeast Asia, Qualtrics also plans to grow its local team by at least 50% during 2021 to address increasing demand for its technologies across the region.

Qualtrics operates a network of global data centres, covering the Americas, Europe and the Middle East, and Asia Pacific and Japan.

Mao Gen Foo, Head of Southeast Asia, Qualtrics
Using the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform, organisations have the insights and ability they need to quickly take action with confidence. This is a critical advantage in rapidly changing environments, helping businesses achieve market differentiation by resolving and capitalising on new and emerging opportunities.

Brigid Archibald, Managing Director for Asia Pacific and Japan, Qualtrics
The opening of a new data centre in Singapore is the next logical step for us, helping satisfy growing demand for our Experience Management Platform.
