Comptel, Tech Mahindra Set Up Centre of Excellence in India
  • Comptel Corporation and Tech Mahindra have set up a Centre of Excellence (CoE) to showcase real world demonstration of OSS/BBS solutions. The new lab located at Tech Mahindra’s Hinjewadi facility in Pune, India will support communications service providers (CSPs) with their complex OSS/BSS transformation projects.

  • Both the companies said in a statement that the CoE is focused on developing and enabling CSPs with fulfillment solutions that support their service innovation and delivery objectives. In the new lab, operators are able to experience Comptel’s suite, including catalog, order management, logical inventory, and provisioning and activation capabilities, in action. Trained experts are on hand to guide CSPs through real-world use cases, as well as conduct proof of concepts, demonstrating the efficiency and other benefits that can be realised through Comptel’s and Tech Mahindra’s fully integrated offerings.

"The opening of the new Comptel CoE at Pune is an exciting milestone in our journey. The CoE is an ideal platform for showcasing how Comptel’s robust suite of fulfillment solutions, combined with our delivery expertise, can accelerate CSPs’ IT and business transformations. We are committed to building and maintaining this relationship for the long run.”

- Murali Madhavan, OSS Head, Tech Mahindra

"Comptel is excited to drive the fulfillment market forward in partnership with Tech Mahindra. We’ve had the technology and significantly strengthened our project delivery ability. Now, this CoE will help bring to life the efficiency and other operational improvements that CSPs have longed to achieve. We are at the ready to guide CSPs’ through their complex OSS/BSS transformation projects.”

- Antti Koskela, CTO, Comptel
