Leading telecom operator in Italy, TIM has partnered with Vivendi to become the first operator in the country to launch STUDIO+, a new application dedicated to the viewing of contents created specifically for smartphones and tablets.

With the new app, TIM customers will have access to original titles that can be viewed on mobile devices by using their networks, Wi-Fi or offline.

In April, Vivendi launched STUDIO+, responding to the explosion in the consumption of short formats by the mobile generation and to the scarcity of quality scripted content offered in that format.

Initially, STUDIO+ will offer 15 complete seasons in different genres, from action to science fiction, with a total of more than 200 videos. In addition, every week they will launch a new season that will enrich the catalog that is available in five different languages ​​(with the original dubbing and subtitling in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian). 

The STUDIO + offer is valid exclusively for TIM customers for 3.99 euros/month with the first month free (instead of 4.99 Euro), or 1.49 euros a week with a free week (instead of 1.80 Euro). 

The agreement between TIM and Vivendi show synergies between telecom operators and the producer of premium content that represents the new path for the development of new models of entertainment.
