Vancouver-based global MVNO, Otono Networks announces its partnership with ThreeUK to offer 4G LTE data plans throughout the United Kingdom for users of select iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular models through its AlwaysOnline Wireless (AOW).

According to Otono, AOW already offers global 4G LTE data plans ranging from as little as one hour up to 30 days. AOW was launched in 2015 as the first global LTE service specializing in short-term, no-contract data plans for international travellers. AOW is powered by the Otono Networks technology and platform, a flexible global connectivity solution that offers enablement of eSIM-based wireless services for any device.

Otono said that the platform is both carrier- and device-agnostic, designed to meet the connectivity requirements of any MNO and integrate with any platform or technology standard. Otono said that its expertise in eSIM provisioning and management makes it an excellent option for launching eSIM-enabled products quickly and easily.
