Leading mobile operator in Belgium and a subsidiary of Orange, Mobistar will be offering its mobile customers cable TV and fixed broadband service after the recent liberalization of cable business in the country. Mobistar Internet & TV will be available for all Mobistar's existing and new postpaid customers with a minimum subscription of 8€ permonth.
The offer comes in two flavors, the first for subscribers of the Panther 45 and 60 plans who can access the service for 39€ permonth, and secondly, the 49€ permonth deal which is available for all other postpaid Mobistar customers.
The Mobistar offer will be available from the 1st of March this year in 6 cities - Brussels (8 municipalities), Louvain, Alost, Mons, Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve and Wavre. Mobistar will progressively expand the service nationwide by the end of this year.
