The largest mobile operator in the US, Verizon introduces a new online customer support service dedicated for Spanish-preferred customers. With Hispanics representing 18% of the U.S. population, and 29% of them being Spanish-preferred, Verizon said it is taking another step forward in enhancing customer service experience for this consumer base with the launch of the 'Verizon Spanish Chat' which is essentially an online chat service that offers customer support for wireless customers in the Spanish language. The Spanish Chat service team is based in El Paso, Texas.

The new online service enables its customers to engage with Verizon’s customer support team in-real time for everything from general inquiries and billing questions, to tech support and global questions, said the Operator.
