Telekom Slovenije announced that it has signed a new partnership deal with Discovery, the global leader in real-life entertainment to bring new channels and content to Telekom Slovenije’s subscribers.
The agreement sees the launch of two new flagship channels from Discovery; Eurosport 4K, a new Eurosport channel that ensures the best sports moments are available in ultra-high definition, and HGTV, the globally successful lifestyle brand and #1 network for women. The deal also includes Discovery Channel, Eurosport 1, Eurosport 2, Animal Planet, Discovery ID Xtra, Discovery Showcase and TLC, ensuring that Telekom Slovenije’s subscribers can continue to enjoy their favourite shows from Discovery’s portfolio of channels.
Eurosport 4K is a channel where viewers can enjoy premium sports in ultra-high definition, and get even closer to the action on Eurosport – the Home of Cycling, Winter sports, Grand Slam Tennis, and the Olympics. Eurosport is the only place that viewers throughout Europe can experience every minute of the Games with 3,500 hours and all 321-Gold medal-winning moments – now live in 4k ultra-high definition.
HGTV (acronym for Home and Garden TV) is a channel with passionate experts, compelling renovations and stunning home transformations including hit shows like Fixer Upper and Flip or Flop.
