EE Customers to Enjoy New Shared Plans and Quota Based PAYG

Openet Openet

EE UK's range of 4G plans and services unveiled recently will offer customers new billing and usage management features on their data plans and expected to greatly enhance the convenience and experience among users.

Its Shared Plans will allow customers to connect up to 5 devices to one 4G plan with all

charges incorporated into a single bill. Its Pay As You Go (PAYG) 4G plans will now offer quota-based charging where customers can top up their data through a data add-on, allowing customers on PAYG plans to manage and control their usage and avoid potential bill shocks which is usually a concern for PAYG customers.

“Last year we launched the first superfast 4G and Fibre broadband network in the UK. Now we’re staying one step ahead with the launch of double speed 4G and a range of new innovative plans and services – designed to transform the way our customers connect and share content. “Our new double speed 4G technology means that we have the biggest, fastest and best network in the UK, and now the equal fastest in the world. With our superfast network, we have a unique opportunity to introduce a new era of customer-friendly pricing models based on speed, and we’ll be revealing further details of this later this year.”
