weBoost Names Jamie Elgie as New Chief Marketing Officer

weBoost, formerly Wilson Electronics, a leading designer and manufacturer of cellular signal boosters, announces the hiring of Jamie Elgie, who joins the company as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), reporting to Robert Van Buskirk, President and CEO. weBoost provides portfolio of cellular signal boosting solutions for indoors and inside of vehicles. 

Elgie who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, has most recently served as the Senior Director, Digital Marketing and Customer Service at Belkin International, where he led the team responsible for driving customer engagement across the Belkin, Linksys and WeMo brands. His prior roles at Belkin included Senior Director - Platforms Division, Director - Mobile Accessories and Senior Product Manager - Laptop Accessories. Prior to his more than 10 years at Belkin, Elgie held positions in product management at Kensington Technology Group and brand management at Procter and Gamble.
