S&T Iskratel has completed its transition to Kontron, d. o. o., as it continues to lead Slovenian ICT companies in terms of size, number of markets served, and information and communications solutions offering.
Kontron, d. o. o., member of the Kontron AG group, will continue to provide a comprehensive offering of broadband solutions, information security, 5G and mobile private networks, IoT and cloud solutions, and business-critical communications. The traditionally recognized brand name of Iskratel remains as a brand name within Kontron, d. o. o.’s portfolio of products. The Iskratel name will continue thanks to the distinctive broadband and communications solutions and products the company has successfully developed and produced over more than seven decades, such as the world’s fastest PON OLT Iskratel Lumia T6.
Operating in more than 50 countries worldwide, Kontron, d. o. o offers a comprehensive portfolio of ICT solutions for the digitalization of various industries, along with fast and reliable support. The company will continue to be led by two Managing Directors, Sašo Berger and Robert Kuzmič.
The latest name change follows a merger between Iskratel and S&T Slovenija to form S&T Iskratel in September 2022.
