NTT Corporation and NTT DATA Corporation finalized the creation of NTT DATA, Inc.  and formally launched their combined international business to accelerate clients’ IT modernization and digital transformations. 

This consolidation creates an IT services powerhouse with total revenues of approximately USD$30 billion. Revenue of USD$18 billion is generated outside Japan by a team of 140,000 professionals serving clients in more than 80 countries.

NTT DATA, Inc. is headed by Kazuhiro “Kaz” Nishihata, an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience leading international businesses, including NTT DATA’s Global Business Sector, NTT Global Networking, and European business. 

NTT has grown its international business by more than 20 percent annually since 2007. NTT DATA represents an unmatched range of business and technology consulting, industry solutions, application and digital services, edge-to-cloud infrastructure, BPO, systems integration, and global data centers.

The company will promote a unified understanding of global clients and their industries, make the brand more trusted around the world, and increase corporate value by strengthening market competitiveness.
