Crnogorski Telekom, the largest service provider in Montenegro has deployed an Amdocs business support system (BSS) solution to consolidate fixed, wireless, Internet and IPTV lines of business, and manage convergent charging for both prepaid and postpaid billing.

The solution includes multiple products from the Amdocs CES 9 portfolio spanning convergent charging, billing, resource management, ordering, customer management and a centralized master product catalog to provide Crnogorski Telekom with a single view of the customer and access to customer service and interaction information in real time.

The solution makes it easy for retail outlets, call centers and websites to provide subscribers with clear billing and real-time functionality for all mobile prepaid and postpaid services, said Amdocs.

Uwe Rivoir, program director at Crnogorski Telekom
The project with Amdocs allows us to integrate the services of all customer segments, improving our time to market for new products and allowing us to upsell innovative convergent offers to our customers.

Chris Williams, head of global marketing at Amdocs
Crnogorski Telekom can now provide a seamless and consistent customer experience across all services, devices and touch points, and deliver the personalized, contextualized and digital experience that subscribers in The New World of Customer Experience expect.
