After thirteen successful editions, Exito is all set to host the 14th edition of its Cyber Security Summit in Qatar. The event, held in The Westin Hotel and Spa, Doha, Qatar on the 7th of September, is an exclusive in-person conference for cybersecurity leaders from leading enterprises in Qatar, as well as the rest of the world.
As Qatar prepares to become the first Middle Eastern country to host the FIFA World Cup, it remains vulnerable to cyberattacks due to high levels of technology adoption and smartphone usage. Qatar has made significant investments in cybersecurity ahead of the FIFA World Cup, and is projected to experience the fastest growth in cybersecurity spending in the Middle East. As such, as cyber threats across the world continue to rapidly evolve, protecting Qatar’s critical ICT infrastructure and systems has become a top priority.
The Cyber Security Summit Qatar will witness top security thought leaders speak on strategies, action plans and best practices to build secure, resilient, and agile digital organizations. Attendees will be invited to join panel discussions, round-tables, industry keynotes and solution showcases.
The event is expected to attract over 150 CISOs, CIOs, heads of digital transformation, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, information and communication technologies and other experts, and serve as an ideal platform to network and connect with customers, vendors, expert resources, friends and colleagues.
