Mobileum, a leading global provider of telecom analytics solutions, on Monday announced that H.I.G. Capital, a leading global alternative investment firm, has entered into an agreement through an affiliate of H.I.G. Technology Partners (HTP) to make a strategic investment in the Company.
Following the transaction, H.I.G. will be the majority owner of Mobileum alongside previous owner Audax, which will retain a minority stake. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and required regulatory approvals.
