There were plenty of 'connected cars' at the Intelligent Transport System (ITS) World Congress which took place this week in Detroit from 7th to 11th of September.  Auto-makers in collaboration with makers of in-vehicle systems and digital platforms demonstrated how the connected car technologies and services are evolving fast and what we can expect on our roads 5 to 10 years from now.  We selected some of the top tweets and pictures from the event for those who couldn't make it there. Best highlight? We say its the automated driving .... where cars drive on their own and drivers sit idle!
