Marble Security, a mobile security technology innovator, unveiled its Marble Labs which has been active in stealth mode for several months scanning mobile apps for growing threats. The Marble Security Labs which is are focused in five major areas such as Jailbreak/Jammer – detection and protection and Dynamic app analysis, supports the Marble mobile security platform, which actively scans mobile devices and apps, and has built-in dynamic security analysis, detection and prevention against mobile security threats.

David Jevans, Founder, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer“The only way to achieve mobile security is to dedicate lab resources to discover new network and mobile app threats and track them as they change, and right now Marble is the only company that does so,” said Marble Security Founder and CTO David Jevans.  “As threats are identified within Marble Labs, we leverage the information with our Risk Engine to adjust an affected end user’s risk score and thereby protect the enterprise against emerging threats.”

“Jailbreak Jammers are a perfect example as to why you need a lab. It is a new little-known threat, so you have to analyze apps on mobile devices to uncover it, and then it’s evolving like crazy, so you have to keep pace to make sure you can continue to defeat new variants,” said Jevans.  "Read More Marble Announces Dedicated Mobile Security Lab
