Polystar

A Tier-1 Taiwanese Mobile Operator has awarded a contract to Polystar, a leading supplier of Service Assurance, Network Monitoring and Test Solutions for the telecom market, for real time Network Assurance solution . Polycom's enhanced suite of solutions, which will be used to monitor the performance of their LTE network, will help the operator to monetise its data network and ROI for LTE investment. The new solution is required to rapidly identify and resolve issues during the network roll-out phase, take control of its service performance from day one, and deliver the new technology to its customers with the best possible quality. According to Polycom, the key to a successful LTE rollout is to keep the subscriber experience in focus, coupled with closely following the performance of new network elements and interfaces being introduced as part of the LTE deployment.
