The N.O.W service is being used to engage with customers to build customer loyalty while offering real time balances checking and package offering, trending content, special discounts and coupons.

AIS subscribers use the N.O.W. service to check account status, recharge account and receive notifications of new data packages and relevant digital content including mobile apps, movies, calling tunes and popular content.

AIS reports that based on results from a pilot with over two million Android subscribers, it has experienced significantly higher response rates on the service when compared with other mobile advertising channels. Based on the positive results it plans to make the service available to all 40 million subscribers by the end of this year.
