CSG International, a provider of interactive transaction-driven solutions and services, announced that 3 Macau now uses CSG Singleview to provide comprehensive integrated revenue and customer management system for its advanced 4G LTE services.
The deployment includes CSG’s Singleview Convergent Billing and Customer Management, as well as CSG Interactivate with its flow-through service activation capabilities. In addition, 3 Macau upgraded its existing CSG Intermediate deployment to the latest version.
According to CSG, the solution enabled the operator to take advantage of the high bandwidth capabilities of its new 4G LTE network by providing a wide range of innovative offerings to the Macau market.
