“Ericsson’s OSS and BSS product portfolio, combined with its consulting and systems integration capabilities, is the most comprehensive offering in the telecom market today,” said Mark Mortensen, Principal Analyst, Analysys Mason. “Ericsson has successfully integrated its internally developed and acquired systems and quickly created consolidated suites. As the only supplier that has nearly all of the software and services pieces needed for operations, Ericsson is building a long-term competitive advantage with major operators that increasingly want to deal with fewer suppliers.”

“Ericsson’s number one ranking in OSS and BSS market share represents our deep focus on executing our vision through both financial and resource investments,” said Per Borgklint, head of Ericsson’s Support Solutions business. “By deploying our innovative, integrated solutions in the areas of customer experience, business innovation, and business efficiency, our customers have lowered their costs and increased revenues even as they bring complex new services to market. These market share results affirm continued customer alignment with our strategy.” Source - Ericsson  (Oct 30, 2013)
