VimpelCom Russia makes Transition to Comverse ONE Real-Time Billing Solution

VimpelCom of Russia, one of the largest integrated telecomunications service operators in the world, has selected Comverse ONE® Real-Time BSS solution to position VimpleCom Beeline brand to enhance their customer experience, reduce operating expenses and address new revenue opportunities. Comverse, the global leader in telecom business enablement, announced the completion of the migration of VimpleCom's real time billing systems to Comverse ONE platform. The Comverse ONE solution provides VimpelCom with in-network prepaid billing capabilities that span authorisation, rating, charging, balance management, and configurable notifications.
