Kirusa Partners Etisalat to Launch Instant Voice Message Service in Nigeria

Etisalat, a leading telecom operator in Africa, and Kirusa, the leader in voice messaging and social media solutions for mobile users in emerging markets, Thursday announced the launch of the InstaVoice service for Etisalat customers in Nigeria. With this launch, Etisalat customers can send and receive voice messages easily, to and from other mobile users in Nigeria, and also across the globe.

Using the Kirusa cloud, the InstaVoice messages can be delivered to InstaVoice app users on smartphones, as well as to feature phone users globally. InstaVoice Smartphone app consolidates missed calls, voicemail and chatting in a single chat screen. The service enables Etisalat subscribers to record a message if a call goes unanswered or cannot be completed for any reason. Etisalat users can also use the InstaVoice app on smartphones to send messages whereby they press and hold the record button in the app to record and send a message, regardless of whether the recipient has the app or not.

Adia Sowho, Head Digital Media, Etisalat Nigeria
InstaVoice is one generation ahead of all the missed call and voice messaging apps we've been using till date. It is the only mobile messaging app that sends you a message notification within the app when you miss a call or when you receive a voice message, and also allows you to chat with non-smartphone users, which is truly an extraordinary feature for an app. We are ecstatic to partner with Kirusa and offer such an incredible service to our subscribers.

Taranjit Singh Batra, Vice President-Sales, Kirusa
Smartphone users can download InstaVoice app from Google Play or from Apple App Store for free. If you want to engage in the world's best Voice messaging and Missed Call experience, then InstaVoice is the app for you. It has been seamlessly designed keeping in mind the needs of people in emerging markets. We are delighted to partner with Etisalat Nigeria and bring the joy of seamless communication to their subscribers.
