Telit Wireless Solutions, a global enabler of the Internet-of-Things(IoT) enablement and Agnik, a distributed data analytics software company with both onboard and in-cloud capabilities, Monday announced their collaboration on IoT applications and Big Data analytics for connected devices in the auto, home, and health industries. Agnik’s solutions expand the quality and quantity of integrated IoT apps and analytics available to customers and ecosystem partners of Telit's deviceWISE Application Enablement Platform (AEP) that provides data acquisition, data and device management and data integration.
The collaboration between both companies is expected to blend Agnik’s predictive data analytics capabilities with Telit’s device management infrastructure that will enable random and seemingly unrelated pieces of information to be analyzed and processed into insights for various business processes, said Telit Wireless.
Leveraging the partnership, both companies aim to provide technology and analytics that make it easy for companies, large and small, to onboard on IoT – reducing cost, time-to-market, complexity and risk compared to trying to engineer a fragmented solution in house, added the company.
